My employees are also reporting that since they're completing the low back ache exercise program they have more energy at the end of the work day. Several employees take part in the low back pain exercise sessions each week. Some even do the low backache exercise routine together on days when the instructor doesn't come in. It's a great feeling for me as an employer to know I have helped my employees feel better.
